Through Pain to Grace - Winterlude

All of us want a trouble-free life. What if God’s purpose for our good is not to make our lives easier but to make our souls stronger? Allowing us to learn to walk through pain and difficulty in the powerful presence of his Holy Spirit grows us in His grace in a way that far outweighs the pain of our earthly woes. Moving through pain to grace is always for our good, our growth in godliness and for the display of His glory.

Christian Ethics: Godly Guidelines for Life on Earth

We all love studying God’s Word … but studying does little good if we never apply it to our daily lives. Jesus says in Matthew 24, “Whoever hears these sayings of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Upon the rock of His Word is where every follower of Christ should want to live.

Hebrews: A New Testiment Book of Rich, Timeless Truth

In a unique fashion this book exalts the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. The unknown author contributes valuable insights into the doctrines of His Incarnation, His substitutionary death, and His eternal priesthood. The church would be incalculably poorer without the teaching of this rich and relevant book.
